Anita's Success Story

Starting her career in the mortgage industry, Anita joined Bell Real Estate Group in 2019 and has been in the top 20% of all KW agents every year. Over her six-year career, she has guided more than 150 families through their real estate journey, earning a reputation as a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across North Georgia.

Anita has also earned over 80 five-star reviews from clients, highlighting her dedication, knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service. As our Director of New Construction, she has successfully closed out multiple new construction communities, bringing valuable expertise to both builders and buyers.

With a finance degree from North Georgia College and State University and five years of mortgage industry experience, Anita offers clients a unique edge by combining financial insight with real estate knowledge. Her professionalism and client-first approach ensure that every family she works with feels confident and cared for throughout the process.
